Founder Kalista Seaman brings a unique perspective as both a competitive athlete and a mother of three, understanding firsthand the physical demands of pregnancy, recovery, and rebuilding strength.

The Motherhood Strength Method

Phase 1 — Pregnancy Strength Maintaining strength and preparing the body for delivery.

Phase 2 — Postpartum Recovery Healing the core, pelvic floor, and restoring stability.

Phase 3 — Strength Rebuilding Developing muscle, endurance, and confidence again.

Phase 4 — Performance Helping women pursue advanced goals like athletic training or bodybuilding.
